Crosby Crossing is a 24,090 square foot multi-tenant shopping center in the heart of the Crosby, Texas regional shopping area. It is located on FM 2100, north of Highway 90. The property is the only shadow-anchored center to the city’s Super Walmart. Crosby is 25 miles northeast of Houston’s CBD. It is a small town, but its trade area extends at least 10 miles since the closest Walmarts are over 20 miles away.

The immediate area includes the Super Walmart, which shares a signalized entry road with it, as well as a Walgreens, Whataburger and a small strip center directly across from it. There is also a new high school under construction on its west side and it has a freestanding Applebee’s restaurant building in the parking lot. In addition, along FM 2100 there is a 20,000 square foot new construction Goodwill Store that is open and an approximately 16,000 square foot Aldi’s supermarket in a separate location nearly completed.

The Crosby Crossing Center is built parallel to FM 2100 and has good curb appeal. Signage is uniform with individual channel letters, and the property has two pylon signs for further tenant identification. The exterior features black awnings above each space and anodized aluminum frame storefronts with tinted glass. There are multiple access points: one on FM 2100, another on the shared Walmart access road, and two on Springfield Avenue leading to the new high school.
